Led by BENCHMARK FITNESS owner, Alli, this 4-week semi-private training program is designed to challenge your strength, build confidence and remind you just how powerful you really are.
You’ll train twice per week with fresh, thoughtfully programmed workouts that keep things exciting while helping you learn, grow and get real results—all in an encouraging, high-energy environment.
Expect serious sweat, strength gains, great energy and the realization that you’re way stronger than you think.
